With the addition of a clinically added probiotic strain, Bacillus subtilis DE111®for enhanced absorption, you’ll get a better, more impactful delivery of the other 8 probiotic strains so they’re most effective at doing what they do best - balancing your vaginal microbiome, bacteria, and pH levels.

Are there prebiotics in Good Girl Probiotics®?

Good Girl Probiotics® includes a prebiotic fiber, inulin, which supports the delivery of our formula by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria. You can compare the function of a prebiotic to that of a fertilizer for a plant. While your plant may be fine without fertilizer, it grows much healthier with it! Similarly, a prebiotic works to support the probiotics (live bacteria) so that in return the probiotics can best support you!
